With regards to matters with the sellers, Lauren took the time to explain to us what was happening, offer alternatives on proceeding, recommend which course of action she thought best, and communicate diplomatically with the opposing Realtor. Lauren connected with the lender, home inspection provider, and home improvement contractors on our behalf. We also communicated with these points of contact, but with Lauren engaged and personally knowing them, she helped keep the ball moving in order for us to meet our targeted settlement date. My wife and I recently purchased our forever home. And frankly, without Lauren's expertise, the experience would have been far different. Lauren cares. And to me that is everything. She took the time to know my family, our needs, our wants and she helped us make those a realization. Lauren is responsive and always available when needed.
